Rich wrote the guitar part to this song as a kind of "rocking chair on the porch" kind of piece.  "Back Home" took a decidedly different turn with the addition of Steve's bass, drums and keyboards and Peter's harmonica and didgeridoo parts.  The lyrics include a mashup of Shakespeare's finest prose, and the end result is one of the most diverse tracks on the CD.
